Systematic executive search
In order to achieve optimal results, our executive search process is strategically designed and entails the following steps:

Performing a detailed needs analysis including a requirements profile in the course of an initial consultancy session.

Based on this, developing the ideal search strategy to fill the vacant position.

Preparing a list of target companies for directly approaching potential candidates.

And also actively scanning our network and the most important career channels.

On the basis of the requirements profile, we undertake a careful selection of potential candidates – including discrete and objective assessments of application documents, telephone and face-to-face interviews as well as gathering references.

We then perform a personality analysis with ViQ®.

We support the recruitment process until the employment contract has been signed and, on request, beyond this to include the on-boarding process.

We advise and support companies on all matters related to outplacements.
